Social Club is designed not only to foster and improve your dogs “go anywhere” skills; it is also to put you in touch with like minded teams. By helping grow a sense of comradery, Paws-N-Relax aims to build a community of appropriate dogs and people who enjoy doing things out in the real world with their canine friends. Social Club offers drop in adventures throughout Calgary to practice and generalize skills.

Class sizes stay small and locations will vary throughout the NE, NW and central Calgary.
These polishing classes are great for practicing engagement, loose leash walking, recalls, sits, downs, and various stays.
Who is Social Club For?
Social club is ideal for teams who are looking to polish known skills or have specific goals they are working towards. For example: dogs being able to engage with their person around a variety of distractions OR teams wishing to polish up their skills for different dog sport competitions. Class is held by a certified instructor and each team receives feedback and suggestions with their specific goal in mind.
What dogs are welcome to Social Club?
Social Club is designed for most dog and handler teams whom needs help bringing their skills to the next level. This class is not ideal for dogs who struggle with reactivity/fear in a way that would be disruptive to other teams even with a greater distance added. Not sure if class is a good fit for you? How do you sign up?
Social Club is a pay per use class, meaning you can pick and choose which classes work for you! Find a Social Club class in the class calendar (in teal blue). Click on the class that works for you and scroll down to the box that says “Tickets” and add a 1 where it says 0. Click on the blue “Get Tickets” button . On the next page you will find the total for class and a box for your name and email address. If you choose to pay through PayPal simply fill out your information and click on the PayPal Button. From there you can follow the prompts for the payment of your choice.
Prefer to send an e-tranfser? Above the total you will see “add coupon code” in blue. Click on this and type in etransfer and then hit apply. This will zero out your total allowing you to fill out your information than click “Get Tickets” to secure your space in class. Note: E-transfers should be sent immediately following the purchase of your ticket to Hello@pawsnrelax.net . No password will be required for etransfers.
