Waiver:
I understand that the success of this training plan is dependent on practice and commitment outside of training class.

Throughout class I will not use aversive techniques to achieve objectives or correct behaviours with my dog. Further more I will not attend class with aversive tools. Such as, but not limited to; prong collars, choke chains, or shock collars.

Fees / Missed Classes: I understand all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. I understand I alone am responsible for my attendance in class. If I can not make a class I understand that there will be no reimbursement nor make up classes.

Photographs / Videos: Photographs and/or video footage may occasionally be taken of dog(s) during training, or other related activities. I give permission for any resulting photographs or video containing images of my dog to be used for advertising, educational material, or promotional purposes.

Waiver:

I understand and acknowledge that dog training / behaviour modification may be an activity in which damage or injury to dog(s) and/or person(s) may occur. I am aware that regardless of training, handling, or environmental circumstances any dog is capable of biting or otherwise cause harm. In consideration of participating in group classes, private training lessons, coaching, or utilizing the training plan provided by Janilee Benell, I the undersigned agree to assume all risk of loss or injury, including death to myself and dependant(s) or damage to my property or the property of my dependant(s) while under the supervision of Janilee Benell. And hereby waive any right of action I may have had or may in the future lodge against Janilee Benell, her successors, assigns, staff, volunteers or agents whether acting in the scope of employment or not. I hereby waive for myself, my personal representatives and dependants all such claims or rights of action aforementioned that the undersigned or my personal representative and dependants may herein have against Janilee Benell and their successors, assigns, staff, volunteers, or agents.
