Join Nicole and I on Friday, August 7th for a fun evening of Rally Obedience games with your dog! We anticipate this evening filled with laughter & comradery. There will be some fun prizes for our winners and loads of moments to make good memories with your dog(s).
Expectations – Please note, there will be two courses going on simultaneously. There will be decent space between both courses, BUT this is not an appropriate set up for dogs who struggle with reactivity or may over react in a busy environment. Each course will be designed for dogs to be worked on-leash, and we ask all competitors to be very aware of their dogs abilities to stay engaged if they choose to run the course off leash.
Course 1
CWAGS Games – Colors

The object of Colors is to successfully complete your choice of one of the two
mini rally courses in the ring.
The Colors Games class will consist of two courses of 9 – 12 exercises built in
one ring.. Handler’s choice of which mini-course to complete
Course 4
UKC Level 1 – Speed Round
Judge Janilee
During this course competitors will only get time deductions for not completing the primary element (3 sec) for the course OR for tight leashes (1 sec per every tight leash, 3 sec for a every held tight leash). The goal? Be the fastest.
Course 2
CWAGS Games – Team

This will consist of two dog and handler teams. The object will be for one dog and handler to complete a designated half of a rally course while the other dog maintains a stay position.
Upon the first dog’s completion, the second dog will complete the second half of the course while the first dog maintains a stay position.
Course 5
UKC Level 1 – Blind Start

This will be built and judged like a legal level 1 UKC course. The twist, however, is that there will be no walk through. Think of it as practice for when you miss your walk thru for whatever unfortunate reason.
Course 3
CWAGS Games – Black Jack

Black Jack consists of a variety of signs/obstacles that are worth 2,3 or 5 points. In the middle of the ring will be a sign/obstacle that is the black jack and is worth 11 points. Teams then have to make “hands” of 21 points. First completing obstacles earning 10 points and then doing the black jack. Teams do this 3 times to get 3 black jack hands. Obstacles can only be reused twice

Mix It UP!

Ever wonder what would happen if the organizations joined together? This course will be designed with WCRL, CWAGS, UKC and CKC rally signs. A twist that is sure to form a unique and fun course!
