Foundation Workshop
These workshops are a great introduction to the world of parkour. We’ll go over proper spotting and practice some fun foundation skills for your dog such as four on, two on & balance.

Tic Tac & Precision Jumping Workshop
This workshop focuses on an advanced skill. Occasionally this skill is also referred to as a rebound or flyball turn. Dogs should be at least a year old and have no pre-existing conditions that sharp quick turns or jumping will aggravate. Dogs do not need any prior knowledge for parkour as this workshop focuses on this stand alone skill.
